General information

We make the tools and guides on Toolmivo to help you get content ready for posting. We test them and try to keep every detail accurate, but we can't guarantee perfect results or that they suit every purpose.

Platform specs change all the time

The image sizes, aspect ratios, file limits and caption rules on this site reflect what the platforms recommended when we last checked. Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and the rest change their apps without warning, and the same post can look slightly different on another phone or app version. If a requirement really matters, double-check it in the platform's own help center.

Processing results

Everything runs in your browser, so speed and output depend on your device, your browser and the file itself. Lossy formats like JPG, WebP and H.264 video always throw away a bit of detail; that's how they get files small. Keep your originals and look over each result before you publish it.

Trademarks

YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other platform names are trademarks of their owners. Toolmivo is an independent site with no affiliation, endorsement or sponsorship from any of them. We mention them only to say what the tools are compatible with.

Ads and affiliate links

There are no ads or affiliate links on the site right now. If we ever add affiliate links, we'll say so right where they appear.

Not professional advice

Nothing here is legal, financial or professional advice. If you have a question about copyright or licensing, a qualified professional is the right person to ask.
