What we offer

Toolmivo is a set of free tools for editing and converting images, videos, captions, hashtags and subtitles. Everything runs on your own device. We keep improving the site, which means tools may be added, changed or retired from time to time.

Your content

Only use the tools on content that you own or have permission to edit and share. You are responsible for what you process and what you do with the result, including respecting copyright, trademarks, other people's privacy and the rules of the platforms where you post.

Your content stays yours. Since the processing happens in your browser, we never receive your files and claim no rights to them.

The site does not download or rip content from YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook or anywhere else, and it must not be used to get around copy protection.

Please don't

• use the site for anything illegal, including infringing someone else's intellectual property;
• try to break, overload or get unauthorized access to the site or its hosting;
• hit the site with bots or scripts in a way that puts more load on it than a normal visitor would.

No guarantees

The tools are free and provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. How well they work depends on your browser, your device and your files. Keep your originals, and check the output before you publish it. Recommended sizes and formats for social platforms change often, and we can't promise every figure on the site is current.

Limitation of liability

As far as the law allows, Toolmivo and the people behind it are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost data, content, revenue or profits, that come from using the site or its tools.

Open-source software and outside links

The site is built on open-source software, including FFmpeg through ffmpeg.wasm, each used under its own license. The About page lists them. We link to other websites when it's helpful, but we don't control them and aren't responsible for what they publish or how they handle your data.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms now and then. The date at the top always shows the current version, and if you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the country where the site operator is based, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Nothing here takes away consumer rights that you have under the laws of the country where you live.
